Cosmic Path-Through Connection to Collective Liberation!

About

Cosmic Path to Yoga

Welcome, my dearest fellow seeker!

This is the invitation to practice rooted in the understanding that yoga is not only personal healing, but collective liberation in motion.
This is not yoga as performance.
This is yoga as solidarity.
Yoga as community care.
Yoga is a quiet revolution unfolding with every breath.
Here, we honour the full spectrum of queerness, tenderness, rage, softness, and becoming. We practice in resistance to systems that tell us to push harder, be smaller, hide difference, or treat rest as a luxury. Our work is anti-ableist, trauma-aware, and care-centred.
Yoga, meditation, and breathwork are ancient technologies of remembering. They help us return to our bodies as sites of wisdom rather than projects to fix. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and shared presence, we build capacity for connection. We practice showing up for ourselves so we can show up for each other.

When we move together:
Alignment becomes not only physical, but relational.
Balance becomes not only internal, but communal.

In a world shaped by isolation and extraction, we choose interdependence and interconnectedness. We choose rest as resistance. We choose collective healing over individual optimisation.

Cosmic Path offerings are gathering places for community, for those who yearn for belonging, connection, for seekers of softness and ultimate truth that our bodies hold, for anyone longing to practice Yoga in a space rooted in dignity and solidarity, that honours its South Asian Roots.

Yoga as a living prayer for collective freedom.

Join us. Move with us. Rest with us.

I’ve had the great pleasure of attending Adriana’s yoga class and I can confidently say she’s an exceptional yoga teacher. Her approach to teaching is both thoughtful and intuitive, making each session feel tailored to the individual needs of her students. She takes the time to explain poses in detail, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to more experienced yogis, feels comfortable and supported.

I highly recommend Adriana’s yoga classes to anyone looking to deepen their practice or even just start their yoga journey. She’s not just a teacher; she’s a mentor who genuinely cares about her students’ well-being.

This yoga class led by you was very well guided and thought of. You were very welcoming, and looked after us during the class too. I fully enjoyed all the sequence of movements which focused on strengthening the spinal health. The classroom is beautiful, and I felt comfortable and peaceful there to practice with you.

Yoga Benefits

Why join one of our classes?

Mind and Body

Our holistic approach begins with the understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. By harmonizing breath with movement, we enhance mental clarity and emotional stability while fostering physical strength and flexibility.

Mindfulness meditation

Meditation is a core component of our practice, providing a pathway to inner peace and self-awareness. Through mindfulness, we cultivate presence and tranquillity, allowing practitioners to connect deeply with themselves and the world around them.

Breathwork (Pranayama)

Breath is the bridge between the mind and body. Pranayama, or breath control, helps regulate the body’s energy flow, reduces stress, and enhances overall vitality. By incorporating various breathing techniques, we support the body’s natural healing processes.

Emotional and Spiritual Growth

Our approach encourages self-inquiry and introspection, guiding practitioners on a journey of emotional and spiritual growth. Through yoga, meditation, and breathwork, we explore deeper layers of the self, fostering a sense of inner peace and spiritual fulfilment.

Inclusivity and Safety

We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, body type, or background. Our trauma-informed practice ensures a safe and supportive environment, welcoming all individuals to explore and benefit from yoga’s transformative power.
